Allergies: alternatives to peanut oil

I’ve noticed that you use peanut oil in your Asian recipes. Why? What other oil could be used if a guest has a peanut allergy?

First and foremost, I like peanut oil for its taste. It is also oil that withstands high heat, a stir-fry requirement. Peanut oil can easily be replaced with canola or olive oil.
