How do I log into My RICARDO Space?
On the top-right corner of the web page, click on MY RICARDO SPACE (or on the silhouette icon on your mobile). A pop-up window will appear, where you will be able to login with your username and password, or through Facebook Connect.
How do I access My RICARDO Space’s features?
Once you are logged into your personal account, you will see the word WELCOME on the top of the web page. Click on your name to access the list of My RICARDO Space’s features. On your mobile, click on the silhouette icon to access the same list.
How do I add a recipe to My Recipes?
On a detailed recipe page, simply click on the ADD TO MY RECIPES button.
The heart turns red when the recipe has been added to My Recipes. This makes it very easy to identify when you are navigating the website.
You can also create folders to file recipes according to specific themes you have chosen (ex: Top 5 for kids, Must make weekday dinners, Quick & easy recipes, Happy hour recipes…).
How do I create a folder?
In My Recipes, click on CREATE A FOLDER and give it a name before saving it.
How do I add a recipe to a folder?
In My Recipes, select the recipe you want to add and click on the folder icon. Choose the folder in which you want to file the recipe and click on SAVE.
How do I add a personal note?
First, you must be logged in to My Ricardo Space. Then, on the desired detailed recipe page, select a recipe and click ADD A PERSONAL NOTE found near the ingredients list. Type your note and click on SAVE. You can modify this later by clicking on MODIFY.
How do I add a recipe to My Menu?
In My Recipes, select the recipe you want to add and click on the calendar icon. Choose the date on which you want to make the recipe and click on SAVE.
You can also, in My Menu Planner, click on ADD A RECIPE below the desired date in the calendar. You will then be able to choose among your recipes in the dropdown menu before clicking on ADD.
How do I print My Menu?
In My Menu Planner, simply click on the PRINT button.
How do I add ingredients to My Grocery List?
In a detailed recipe page, check the ingredients one-by-one to add or check SELECT ALL before clicking on ADD TO MY GROCERY LIST.
How do I add an Item to My Grocery List?
Do you need something else? In My Grocery List, click on the ADD AN ITEM button in one of the listed food categories. Add the desired item and click on SAVE.
How do I print My Grocery List?

In My Grocery List, click on the SEND BY EMAIL button.
How do I register to receive newsletters?
To register to receive newsletters, go to www.ricardocuisine.com/newsletter. Fill in the required fields, check the newsletter(s) you want to receive and click on the SUBMIT button.
How do I unsubscribe from a newsletter?
If you are registered on Ricardocuisine.com: login to My Ricardo Space, click on EDIT MY PROFILE and uncheck the newsletter(s) you no longer want to receive.
If you are not registered on Ricardocuisine.com: click on the “Unsubscribe and manage my newsletters” link found in the footer of one of the newsletters you received by email.
