Ingredients

- 2 oz (60 ml) 35% whipping cream
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 oz (60 ml) espresso coffee, hot
- 1 oz (30 ml) Grand Marnier
- Orange zest, for serving
- Ground nutmeg, for serving

Preparation

- In a bowl, whisk the 35% cream and brown sugar until soft peaks form. Set aside.
- In a 3/4-cup (180 ml) glass or mug, combine the coffee and Grand Marnier.
- Top the hot coffee mixture with the whipped cream. Sprinkle with orange zest and nutmeg. Serve immediately.
