  1. Squeeze the juice from the oranges. Divide among four champagne flutes. Fill with sparkling wine. We normally suggest one part orange juice for 2 parts sparkling wine.

Note

If you can’t find blood oranges, which give a beautiful orange-red coloured juice, use the juice of regular oranges.
