Creamy Green Salad
- 1 head curly lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) thinly sliced radishes
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) 15% country-style or thick cooking cream
- Fleur de sel and pepper
- In a salad bowl, combine the lettuce, radishes and onions. Add the cream and toss well. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
