Absolutely delicious with maple syrup. I have made this multiple times alternating between pecans and walnuts, always in a double batch. I can eat the entire thing in two days but I’m now using it as a topping for granola and salads. Lasts a few weeks! I specifically came back to this site to thank you, because this recipe was exactly what I was looking for to recreate spicy pecans from Juice Harvest. They are easy to make, a good way to use up some older spices, and I took some to a party where the whole bowl was devoured. They are also a big hit at home.
