In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Set aside.
In another bowl, combine the meat and black bean paste. Shape into 10 patties the same diameter as the buns. Place the patties in a glass baking dish. Brush with marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill, setting the burners to high.
Grill the patties until well done, about 3 minutes per side. Toast the buns.
Place the patties on the buns and top with kimchee.
