In a saucepan or kettle, bring half the water to a boil. Pour into a pitcher. Add the tea, honey and ginger. Stir. Let steep for about 5 minutes, to your taste. Remove the tea ball. Add the remaining cold water. Pour into a pitcher and refrigerate for about 2 hours. Serve with ice.
