Mango and Banana Smoothies
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) 10% plain yogurt
- 1 cup (250 ml) vanilla ice cream
- In a blender, purée all the ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass. Garnish with fruits and drink through a straw.
