Mango and Banana Smoothies 



Ingredients

  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 mango, peeled, pitted and chopped 

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) 10% plain yogurt
  • 1 cup (250 ml) vanilla ice cream

Preparation

  1. In a blender, purée all the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour into a tall glass. Garnish with fruits and drink through a straw.
