Mango and Banana Smoothies
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 mango, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) 10% plain yogurt
- 1 cup (250 ml) ice cubes (see note)
- In a blender, purée all the ingredients until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses. Garnish with fruit, if desired. Serve immediately.
For a dessert smoothie, replace the ice cubes with 1 cup (250 ml) of vanilla ice cream.
