4 cups (1 litre) round multi-grain cereal (Cheerios or similar)
4 cups (1 litre) square wheat cereal (Shreddies or similar)
4 cups (1 litre) corn cereal (Crispix or similar)
3 cups (750 ml) unsalted pretzel sticks
1/2 cup (125 ml) unsalted butter
1/4 cup (60 ml) brown sugar
2 tablespoons (30 ml) Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons (10 ml) chili powder
1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt
1 teaspoon (5 ml) onion salt
1 teaspoon (5 ml) garlic salt
With the rack in the bottom position, preheat the oven to 150°C (275°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Set aside.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Add the remaining ingredients. Pour over the mix in a thin stream. Toss to coat. Spread in an even layer on the baking sheet. Bake for about 1 hour, stirring frequently. Let cool.
