Ice cubes
3/4 cup (180 ml) freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup (125 ml) cognac
1/4 cup (60 ml) Grand Marnier
4 large strips orange zest
Preparation
Place the ice cubes, orange juice, cognac and Grand Marnier in a cocktail shaker. Shake. Pour into 4 martini glasses. Garnish each cocktail with a strip of orange zest.
