  1. In an airtight jar, combine all the ingredients. Refrigerate for several hours to allow the flavours to develop. If desired, strain the lemonade to remove the ginger. Garnish with lemon slices.

Note

Adjust the sugar content to taste, depending on the acidity of the lemons.
