- 2 pieces cold store-bought tomato pizza, each about 6 x 4 inches (15 x 10 cm)
- 2 thin slices smoked ham
- 4 thin slices spicy dry salami
- 2 slices Emmental or fontina cheese
- 1 leaf romaine or curly lettuce
- Garnish one piece of pizza with the ham, salami, cheese and lettuce. Top with the second piece of pizza, tomato side down.
Variation: Top with artichokes, olives, bell peppers and pickled mushrooms. Also delicious as a grilled panini.
