    • 1/2 cup (125 ml) shelled plain pumpkin seeds
    • 1/2 cup (125 ml) shelled plain sunflower
    • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) salt
    • 1/2 cup (125 ml) maple syrup
    • 1/4 cup (60 ml) canola oil
