Bacon and Onion Roasted Potatoes

Preparation

  1. Preheat the grill, setting the burners to high.
  2. Generously season the potatoes with salt and pepper. Place a folded slice of bacon and a slice of onion between the two halves of each potato.
  3. Individually wrap each potato in aluminum foil.
  4. Place on the grill, close the lid and cook for about 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender. Serve with butter.
