Sausage and Spinach Spaghetti

  1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, brown chorizo in oil. Add tomato sauce and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 2 minutes.
  3. Add spinach and pasta. Heat and stir until spinach is just wilted. Season with salt and pepper. Serve and sprinkle with cheese. If desired, drizzle with olive oil.


  1. So spicy. If you like pasta with a kick of heat this is your dish. I'm not the best with spicy food so I piled on the parmigiana-reggiano, which is a very delicious cheese. Eat the leftover cheese on its own, so good!

  3. I made this in under 25 minutes and it was delicious with the chorizo. Great weekday meal.

  4. You're not rachel ray, these aren't 30 minute meals
