    • ½ cup (125 ml) buttermilk
    • ¼ cup (60 ml) sour cream or plain yogurt
    • 2 tbsp (30 ml) white wine vinegar
    • 1 tsp (5 ml) honey
    • 1 green onion, finely chopped
    • 1 small garlic clove, finely chopped

In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. The vinaigrette will keep for 1 week in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
