Preparation

Spread the mustard on one slice of bread and the roasted pepper pesto on the other. Garnish with the ham and cheese.
Close the sandwich. Cover in plastic wrap or place in a sealable plastic bag and freeze.

The sandwich takes about four hours to thaw. Take it out of the freezer in the morning to eat at lunch time!
