- 5 ml (1 tsp) Dijon mustard
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) roasted red pepper pesto (optional)
- 60 g (2 oz) thin white ham slices (2 to 3 slices)
- 30 g (1 oz) cheddar cheese, sliced

Preparation

- Spread the mustard on one slice of bread and the roasted pepper pesto on the other. Garnish with the ham and cheese.
- Close the sandwich. Cover in plastic wrap or place in a sealable plastic bag and freeze.
