To prepare the pasta: In a large skillet, pour 625 ml (2 ½ cups) of chicken, beef or vegetable broth. Cover and bring to a boil. Add the content of the jar and stir well. Cook over medium heat, uncovered, for about 12 minutes or until the pasta is al dente. Remove the bay leaves. If desired, before serving, add a knob of butter, sprinkle with grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and/or sprinkle with fresh herbs. Makes 2 servings.
