Mango and Pineapple Jam

1 cup (250 ml)



  1. In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients. Bring to a boil. Let simmer over medium heat for about 25 minutes or until the fruit is very tender and liquid is syrupy.
  2. Spoon into a jar. Refrigerate until the jam is completely chilled. Keeps for up to 1 week.


If you want spreadable jam (for toast, for example), cut the fruit into small dice. For a chunky consistency perfect over cakes or yogurt, go for bigger dice.
