Grape Spoon Sweet

Serve homemade Greek yogurt with grapes in syrup, our riff on spoon sweets, the preserves traditionally offered to guests in Greece.



  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, bring all the ingredients to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes or until the grapes become translucent and the liquid is slightly syrupy.
  2. Let cool completely. Serve with homemade Greek yogurt (see recipe). The grape spoon sweet will keep for 2 weeks in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
