Chermoula (Herb Sauce)
- 2 cups (70 g) parsley, leaves and stems
- 2 cups (70 g) cilantro, leaves and stems
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled and halved
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- ¼ cup (60 ml) olive oil
- ¼ cup (60 ml lemon juice
- In a food processor, finely chop the parsley, cilantro, garlic and spices. Transfer to a bowl.
- Add the oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.
