Chermoula (Herb Sauce)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (70 g) parsley, leaves and stems
  • 2 cups (70 g) cilantro, leaves and stems
  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled and halved
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) olive oil
  • ¼ cup (60 ml lemon juice

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, finely chop the parsley, cilantro, garlic and spices. Transfer to a bowl.
  2. Add the oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.
