Minted Mashed Potatoes

  1. In a large saucepan, cook the potatoes and pears in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain.
  2. Mash the potatoes and pears with the butter. Using an electric mixer, beat in the milk and mint until smooth. Adjust the seasoning.
  3. Delicious with Paprika Lamb Chops.
