Raspberry and Hazelnut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 3/4 cup (100 g) fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) hazelnut butter
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) maple syrup
  • 5 ice cubes

Preparation

  1. In a blender, purée all of the ingredients until smooth. Pour into glasses.
