Ingredients

- 3/4 cup (180 ml) pomegranate juice
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) blood orange juice
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) dark rum
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) ice
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) blood orange soda or tonic water, chilled
- Long strips orange zest (optional)

Preparation

- In a shaker, vigorously combine the juices, rum, ice and cinnamon. Strain and pour into martini glasses. Top off the glasses with the soda and garnish with the orange zest, if desired.
