- With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the butter, honey, spices, salt and pepper. Add the cauliflower and toss to coat well. Lay out on the baking sheet in an even layer.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, turning over halfway through, or until golden.
