Preparation

  1. In a small pot, bring all of the ingredients to a boil. Simmer over low heat for 3 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and let cool completely at room temperature for 1 hour.

Note

These confit grapes are a great topping for Greek yogurt, along with chopped pistachios and poppy seeds.
