Ingredients

- 7 oz (200 g) ash-covered cheese, cold and cut into 12 slices
- 12 cranberry and hazelnut crackers
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) apple jelly
- ¼ green apple, seeded, cut into julienne
- 2 tbsp roasted hazelnuts, chopped

Preparation

- Place 1 slice of cheese on each cracker. Let sit out at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Top with the apple jelly, apple julienne, hazelnuts and chives. Serve immediately.
