Ingredients

- ½ cup (125 ml) ice cubes
- 1 oz (30 ml) gin
- ½ oz (15 ml) absinthe or chartreuse
- ½ oz (15 ml) lime juice
- ½ cup (125 ml) cold spruce beer
- 1 small rosemary sprig
- 1 thin lime wedge

Preparation

- Place the ice cubes in a lowball whisky glass. Pour in the gin, absinthe and lime juice. Mix well. Top off with the spruce beer. Garnish with the rosemary and lime wedge.
