In a tea infuser or reusable tea bag, place the strawberry stems, peppercorns, cardamom pods and lemon zest. Close the infuser or seal the tea bag and place in a mug. Fill the mug with boiling water and let infuse for 5 minutes. Remove the infuser or tea bag. Add the honey to the tea while stirring.
