Apple Pie Cocktail

Ingredients

• • ½ cup (125 ml) ice cubes, plus more for serving
  • 1 ½ oz (45 ml) apple brandy
  • ½ oz (15 ml) white cider vermouth
  • ½ oz (15 ml) lemon juice
  • ½ oz (15 ml) dark or clear cane syrup
  • ½ tsp (2.5 ml) cocktail foamer or ½ egg white
  • ¼ tsp (1 ml) sweet clover extract
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 thin slice yellow apple, lightly sprinkled with lemon juice and sugar (optional)
