You can double or even triple this recipe. In this case, in steps 1 and 2, ferment the mixture in one large container rather than splitting it up among several jars. In step 3, you can divide the ginger beer among several glass bottles.

Once the two fermentation periods are complete, it is important to keep the ginger beer chilled in the refrigerator to slow down any further fermentation.
