Ingredients

- 3/4 cup (180 ml) 2% plain Greek yogurt (see note)
- 1/4 cup (10 g) chives, finely chopped
- 1 lemon, zest finely grated
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice

Preparation

- In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to an airtight container. The dressing will keep for 5 days in the refrigerator.
