The barista-style almond coffee beverage has a light almond taste that marries perfectly with maple, adding delicate flavour to your coffees. This versatile plant-based beverage foams equally as well either hot or cold. It turns any iced coffee into a velvety, gourmet treat.

Maple flakes are maple syrup transformed into small slivers of maple sugar. They are available in most grocery stores.

If you do not have a milk frother, pour the almond beverage into a 2-cup (500 ml) glass jar. Seal tightly. Shake vigorously until the beverage is frothy, about 3 to 4 minutes.
