Our cake mixes are made with quality ingredients and are quick to prepare. All you have to do is preheat the oven, butter a mould (or muffin tins) and line it with parchment paper. Then, in a bowl containing 3 eggs, 3/4 cup of vegetable oil and the same amount of water, whisk the ingredients for a few seconds. Then add the cake mixture and mix for 2 minutes. Pour the batter into the mould (or muffin tins) and bake according to the time indicated on the package. You can also ice the cake or cupcakes to make them even more special.
Three flavours are available:
- Vanilla: for a classic all-purpose dessert
- Chocolate: definitely the kid choice
- Red velvet: Ricardo’s favourite
