2. Mortadella Pizzas
It’s a party when you put a twist on the traditional pizza. Fresh and light, it’s first brushed with Parmesan oil before being baked. Once out of the oven, add ricotta, arugula, lemon zest, a pistachio mortadella chiffonade and crushed pistachios, which bring a contrast of textures.

3. Burrata and Tomato Confit Pizzas
This white pizza, unlike the classic kind, is prepared without tomato sauce and will be a star summer appetizer. Spread cream and Parmesan on the dough and then cover with confit cherry tomatoes. When it comes time to serve, add creamy burrata for a beautiful final touch and enjoy a slice (or two, or three)!
4. Grilled Vegetable and Prosciutto Pizzas
This homemade pizza is all about airiness and seasonal toppings. With a base of tomato sauce and cheese, it then gives way to marinated vegetables such as bell peppers, eggplants and artichokes. Once out of the oven, top it generously with prosciutto and basil and you’re done. It’s a slice of summer to enjoy all season long.
