Trending: Dessert Cocktails

From now on, there’s no need to choose between a dessert and a cocktail, as both can be found in the same glass thanks to the dessert cocktail trend.

Some mixologists recreate the taste of a classic dessert by adding alcohol or satisfy sweet tooths everywhere by adding flourishes like small candies, mint, chocolate or even frosting.

Pizzeria no 900 restaurants have a tiramisu-flavoured cocktail on their menu, with espresso notes and a cream liqueur. On Delish, you’ll find a Pecan Pie Martini, consisting of bourbon, caramel and chocolate cream.

1ou2cocktails by mixologist Rose Simard even has a Deep’n Delicious Martini, inspired by the popular cake of the same name. It’s composed of vanilla cake-infused vodka, white vermouth and chocolate bitters. And the final touch? A rosette garnish made with vanilla frosting.

Now that’s a great way to end a meal!
