Clementine Spritz

Ingredients

• Clementine Sugar

  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 clementine, zest finely grated, cut into wedges

• Spritz

  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) Aperol or other bitter orange liqueur, cold
  • 1 ½ cups (375 ml) clementine or orange juice, cold
  • 1 ½ cups (375 ml) Prosecco or other dry sparkling wine, cold
  • 1 clementine, cut into thin rounds
