In a food processor, process the cheese and jam until smooth. Transfer to a bowl. Cover and refrigerate.
In another bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and butter.
Place a 6-cm (2 1/2-inch) diameter round cookie cutter or cleaned can with both ends removed (a tuna can works well) in the centre of a dessert plate. Firmly press 1/4 of the crust mixture into the cutter. Remove the cutter and repeat for a total of 4 crusts.
Top each crust with a dollop of the cream cheese filling. Garnish with strawberries. Serve with strawberry coulis.
