  1. In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

SALAD

  1. In a large bowl, cover the radishes and raisins with cold water. Let stand for 10 minutes to reduce the radishes’ bite. Drain. Add the apples, turnip and dressing. Mix well and adjust the seasoning.
