Ingredients

- 1/2 cup (125 ml) ice cubes
- 1 oz (30 ml) gin
- 1 oz (30 ml) elderflower liqueur
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) lime juice
- 4 oz (125 ml) tonic water, cold
- 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 1 slice lime, to decorate

Preparation

- Place the ice cubes in a lowball whisky glass. Add the gin, elderflower liqueur and lime juice. Stir with a spoon. Top off with the tonic water. Decorate with a pinch of pepper and the lime slice.
