  • 1 cup (250 ml) unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups (500 ml) brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup (250 ml) sour cream

• Ganache

  • 18 oz (510 g) semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) 35% cream
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) cold unsalted butter, diced
  • 1 recipe Peanut Brittle
