You can sear the pork chops in the pan for 3 to 4 minutes on each side and finish off the cooking in an oven preheated to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.

You can also grill the pork chops on a barbecue preheated to medium-high for 3 minutes on each side. Turn off one side of the grill to finish off the cooking over indirect heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
