To prepare in the air fryer, using a pastry brush, cover the taquitos with 2 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil. Place 4
taquitos, seam-side down, in the basket of the air fryer, evenly spaced out. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes at 375°F (190°C) or until golden and crispy on top. Flip the taquitos over and continue to cook for 2 to 4 minutes or until golden and crispy. Repeat with the remaining taquitos.
