This chocolate pecan crisp is an easy dessert to prepare but you do need to pay attention to how the chocolate cream is baked. It should be cooked around the edges but just slightly thickened at the centre. If the chocolate cream is overcooked and fully set, you can save the day by making a chocolate sauce to serve with the pecan crisp.
