White Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

• • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) milk
  • 1 orange, zest removed with a vegetable peeler
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 5 oz (140 g) white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) 35% whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml) vanilla
  • Mini marshmallows, for serving (see note)
  • 2 small orange wedges, for serving (optional)
