PEACH ICE CUBES
- In a blender, purée the peaches, water and sugar. Strain and transfer to an ice cube tray. Freeze for about 3 hours.
- In a pitcher, combine the sugar and wine. Add the grapefruit. Cover and refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours. Strain to prevent the grapefruit from imparting excessive bitterness.
- Serve with peach ice cubes if desired.
