  1. In a saucepan, add the water and spices. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the milk, tea and sugar. Bring to a boil again and simmer for about 5 minutes or a little more to get a drink with a thicker texture. Strain and pour into cups.

Elle peut ainsi ajouter le lait qu'elle désire (lait d'amandes, lait de soya, lait de chèvre, etc.) Elle ne m'a pas encore dit si c'était bon mais j'ai confiance!
