Ingredients

- 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) green Crème de Menthe
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Preparation

- Lightly press 2 scoops of ice cream into the bottom of a tall glass. Top with the last scoop of ice cream and the Crème de Menthe, letting it drizzle between the layers of ice cream. Garnish with a fresh mint leaf.

For a non-alcoholic version, replace the Crème de Menthe with mint syrup, sold in grocery stores.
