SHRIMP

  1. In a saucepan, bring all the ingredients to a boil. Add salt. Simmer for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and drain. Let cool, then refrigerate for about 1 hour.

MANGO SAUCE

  1. In the food processor, purée the mango, vinegar, sugar and horseradish. Add the lime zest. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Pour the sauce into a bowl and place it in the middle of a serving plate. Surround with the shrimp.
